Within the Group Treasury team and under the responsibility of the Head of international Treasury and Systems, you will be part of a team of 4 people (2 for the international Treasury, 2 for the Treasury system) for a scope of 23 countries.

Solution co-ownership (40%): 
Strategy and monitoring of all information flows from/to the Treasury department (AllMyBanks, Fairways debt, Fairways change, Diapason Guarantees, Trustpair, FxAll, and e-banking solutions) 
Administration of the Treasury tools (users, referential, bank communication…) 
Management of procedures for Treasury Control, modus operandi for users, and workflows linked to the Treasury system management 
Deployment of best practices for the user community 
Drive continuous improvement linked to the treasury applications (rationalization, optimization opportunities, innovative solutions, regulatory change) 
Management of audit security in collaboration with IT department  
 
Project management (60%), (with focus on All My banks deployment abroad) 
Implementation of relevant project management structures 
Monitoring the status of Treasury system project roadmap, identifying risks and gaps 
Defining and documenting the project scope and deliverables in a clear and concise manner 
Ensuring the right levels of communication and training of all stakeholders and users 

Finance degree, IS degree, you have at least 2 years of experience with a consulting firm specialized in treasury, a first experience in corporate treasury or as a Project Manager with a background in Finance 
Solid knowledge and experience in Finance implementation projects (build and/or run)  
Proactive outlook: hands-on can do mentality, curious 
Adaptability and flexibility to work on various modes: run, maintenance and project. 
Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, planner), Microsoft Visio 
Customer oriented 
Great communication skills both written and verbal 
Cross-functional collaboration with different finance and IT teams in several countries 
Fluent in English and French, Spanish or German appreciated.
